Presidential aspirant Sen. Go withdraws from 2022 presidential race

Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go on Tuesday (Nov. 30) has announced his intention to withdraw from the presidential race.

Go said in a statement.

In the past few days po, I realized that my heart and mind are contradicting my own actions. That is why I am withdrawing from the race,” he said.

Go said that while he is withdrawing from the race, he still wishes to serve the Filipino people.

He is willing to sacrifice to ensure the welfare of the public and President Duterte.

Dahil ang bisyo ko po ay magserbisyo,” he said.

He then asked the other presidential candidates to put the interests of the Filipinos first. –Report from Mela Lesmoras/PG – bny
