Gov’t allows limited indoor dining for fully vaxxed individuals in NCR

The government has allowed dine in services to resume operations anew in the National Capital Region (NCR) starting Sept. 16 in line with its shift to Alert Level 4 under the pilot implementation of a new quarantine system.

The resumption of indoor dining and select personal care services limited to fully vaccinated individuals is in line with measures for the safe gradual reopening of the economy.

Based on the latest Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) guidelines for Alert Level 4, indoor dining, indoor religious gatherings, and indoor barbershops, beauty salons, hair spas, and nail spas will be given allowable capacity of 10% to cater to fully vaccinated individuals only.

Outdoor dining, barbershops, beauty salons, hair spas, nail spas, and face-to-face religious gatherings are also allowed to operate up to 30% of their venue capacity regardless of vaccination status.

Employees of the establishments must be fully vaccinated and strict health protocol observance is required.

Other personal services not mentioned will not be allowed under Alert Level 4.
